**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Associate to join our team. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintaining a high level of customer service, and representing our company with professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers at various locations across the USA.

- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.

- Follow delivery routes and time schedules.

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.

- Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is a plus.
