The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for maintaining product quality, identifying manufacturing defects, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures.
- Analyze manufacturing defects and identify root causes.
- Conduct process and product audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Support supplier quality activities.
- Monitor key quality metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards preferred.
