Job Title: Pega Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable applications, automating workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and business rules within Pega.
• Configure case management, decisioning, and process automation features.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems, databases, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support application maintenance, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing applications on the Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, case management, and business process automation.
• Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and database technologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
