.Scrum Master

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum best practices, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

- Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to ensure sprint goals are met.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

- Track and report on team progress, using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Drive continuous improvement through feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Ability to work effectively in hybrid or remote settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven product environments.

- Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
