Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Software Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with a strong background in .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular). You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET Core and React/Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core and either React or Angular frameworks.
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications is a plus.
