Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML technologies or data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
