Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for building scalable solutions, and a desire to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, C++.
• Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, SQL, and related frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master).
• Experience in the HR tech or AI industry.
