Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that redefine the future of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, SQL) and modern frameworks.
• Prior experience in the HR tech or AI industry is a plus.
