Role: Lead a team of software engineers to design, build, and deliver high-quality applications.

Model: Player-coach (combining technical contribution with leadership).
Key Responsibilities
Technical Direction: Set architectural standards, review code, and guide system design decisions (e.g., microservices, cloud tools).
Team Mentorship: Coach junior and mid-level developers, conduct performance feedback, and build a collaborative culture.
Project Delivery: Plan sprints, manage technical debt, and ensure on-time feature deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements from product managers and stakeholders into technical roadmaps.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
