Tech Lead

As our Technical Lead, you’ll be the bridge between vision and execution. You’ll guide a talented engineering team, set the technical direction, and ensure that our solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready. Your leadership will directly shape the success of our flagship products and the growth of our engineering culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of high-impact projects, from architecture to deployment.

• Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

• Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and system scalability improvements.

• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and processes to keep our tech stack modern and efficient.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience (7+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong expertise in [insert relevant stack—e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, Java, etc.].

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
