We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills, mentoring engineers while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
Lead the technical design and architecture of software applications and platforms.
Guide a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle.
Review code and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and security requirements.
Make technology and architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Mentor and coach engineers through technical guidance, pair programming, and career development.
Drive adoption of engineering best practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
Participate in hiring and technical interviews.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C#.
Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certifications in cloud technologies or software architecture.
Open-source contributions or technical blogging experience.
