Job Title: Test Analyst

Job Description:

A Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through systematic testing. They design, execute, and document test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues and improve product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare test reports and provide feedback to enhance product stability.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with manual testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
• Proficiency in test case design and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST APIs).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
