UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, designing user journeys, and creating modern user interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve user experiences.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or related roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and case studies.
