Position Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite) Pay Rate: $24.00-$28.00/hr Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, put-away, and outbound shipping activities for a 120,000 sq. ft. distribution center. This role leads a team of 12-15 warehouse associates and partners with inventory control to meet same-day fulfillment targets. Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse or distribution center supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of WMS/inventory management systems.
Experience managing shipping/receiving schedules and staffing.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
