As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients and ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards.- Monitor, assess, and record patients' progress using advanced clinical technology.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and recommended care practices.- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.- Utilize effective communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential patient information with professionalism and integrity.Qualifications:- Active RN license to practice in the state of New York.- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited nursing program.- CPR and BLS certification.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Commitment to continuous professional development.Experience:- Open to candidates with 0 to 30 years of experience in nursing.
