The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients achieve their mobility and functional goals.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical abilities and needs.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care.- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.Qualifications:- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.- Active Physical Therapist license in Alabama (or eligibility to obtain).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings.- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.- BLS/CPR certification.
