Some common responsibilities include: Taking medical histories and conducting physical exams, Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions,Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests,Prescribing medication and other treatments,Educating patients about their health and wellness,Referring patients to physicians and other healthcare providers as needed
