Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
