Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to craft visually compelling graphics, interfaces, and branding assets that align with our product and marketing goals. You’ll work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our visual identity is engaging, consistent, and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets such as UI elements, illustrations, icons, presentations, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user interfaces with visually appealing elements.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design touchpoints.
• Translate complex ideas and product concepts into clean, visually attractive designs.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate based on team input.
• Prepare and hand off production-ready assets to developers with clear guidelines and specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry standards to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for multiple platforms (web, mobile, print).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience working in tech, SaaS, or digital product environments.
• Animation or motion design experience using tools like After Effects is a bonus.
• Experience designing for accessibility and responsive interfaces.
