About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean, modern design, strong visual storytelling ability, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to design assets that enhance our brand identity and digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, marketing, and product interfaces.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to design user-friendly digital experiences.
• Develop brand guidelines, icons, banners, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with company branding.
• Design assets for web applications, dashboards, and front-end interfaces using design tools and frameworks.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code translation (HTML, CSS, ReactJS awareness is a plus).
• Edit and retouch product images, digital creatives, and promotional videos when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve the visual direction of projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on design experience in a digital or product environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) or equivalent design tools (Figma, Sketch, Canva).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create responsive web and mobile designs that integrate well with front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to visualize technical ideas creatively (ideal for collaboration with developers).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and design versatility.
