Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client locations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

- Provide technical support and training to clients.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed.

- Valid driver’s license.
