Job Title: Electrical Engineer II – Product Integration, Test, and RegulatoryDuration: 12 Months (Contract)Location: Schaumburg, IL, 60196 (Onsite)Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Full TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer II specializing in RF product integration, testing, and regulatory compliance. This is an onsite, full-time position within our dynamic engineering team, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge RF infrastructure and networking products.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop automated test systems for RF products. Write automated test code to validate product compliance with regulatory and system requirements. Conduct comprehensive validation testing of MSI RF kits/tanapas. Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Summarize and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent design and testing projects efficiently.Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RF product test and regulatory compliance. Proven background with RF product test and regulatory experience. Familiarity with RF test equipment, including Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters. Proficiency in LabVIEW and Python for test automation. Solid understanding of RF systems, including analog and digital modulations. Experience with regulatory standards such as TIA-102, TIA-603, EN300-113, EN300-086, UL, and CE. Experience with RF Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Vector/Network, Spectrum, Signal Analyzers, etc. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership abilities. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Contributions (First 90-120 Days): Complete validation testing of MSI RF kits/tanapas. Deliver automated test solutions for new and existing RF products.
