Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

🧠 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide basic medical care to patients under the direction of RNs and physicians. You’ll play a key role in patient monitoring, care delivery, and ensuring comfort and safety in a variety of healthcare settings.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient behavior
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Assist with wound care, catheter insertion, and basic procedures
• Collect lab specimens (blood, urine, etc.) for testing
• Accurately document all nursing care and patient responses
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or physician
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and health maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness and infection control in patient care areas
• Follow all clinical protocols and comply with state nursing regulations

🎓 Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• Current and valid LPN or LVN license in [State Name]
• BLS/CPR certification (required)
