Identify errors in data, make corrections and solve problems.• Generate custom and standard reports using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, ensuring the objective of the report is communicated clearly.• Compose short correspondence clearly and effectively. Format Word documents following standard business protocols.• Format PowerPoint slides so that the message presented Is enhanced and communicated clearly.• Work with department specific computer systems and software and perform department specific tasks.• Make recommendations for process improvements.• Organize and prioritize duties to meet work demands.• Other duties as assigned.• Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:Basic Qualifications:• Minimum two (2) years of clerical and/or secretarial experience required.Additional Requirements:• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Word.
