Responsible for effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellence.• Understands Service Level Agreements and is able to execute and report on effectively achieving them.• Understands contractual obligations and is able to track compliance and remedies. Functions as a document specialist or other operations worker.• May maintain daily routine functions to include creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility related issues, lending support as required.• Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis in MS.• May include interaction with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants.• May be required to escort vendors through tours, inspections or problem resolution.• Reports light bulb outages, plumbing issues, system malfunctions and assist in scheduling repairs as required.• May assist in small office moves to include; movement of smaller items, assessing seating, layout needs and scheduling.• May be responsible to monitor levels and manage ordering of office supplies and stationary. Conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.• Provides training on workflow and machine operations when necessary.Required Technical Skills:• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.Demonstrated proficiency in technology and customer-facing roles• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team successResponsibilities:• Drive efficiency and satisfaction through reliable, accurate and dependable management of the Shipping and Receiving area• This position will support I-Robot. The manager is looking for someone with 2 plus years of shipping and receiving experience.• It is important that they have good communication skills because there will be customer interaction required. MS Office and Mail Proficiency are also a must.• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations of small shipping and receiving area. Serve as primary point of contact for customer and help resolve issues that arise from shipping and receiving area• Ability to work independently, for this position is responsible for inbound shipments of customer packages and outbound shipments within a one-person shipping and receiving area.• Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks that include monthly reporting of inbound and outbound package volume, Site compliance against Ricoh’s Service Excellence standards.• Provide great customer service to other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth operation daily• Prior shipping and receiving experience is required with expertise in shipping software applications and MS Office Suite• Experience with the rules for shipping batteries and/or IATA, DOT and IMDG certification a plus but not necessary because training is provided.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
