The contractor will play a critical role in the County’s Evergreen Refresh initiative, ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless deployment of mobile devices to County end users. This individual will also serve as the first line of support for County-issued mobile devices. Job Responsibilities: • The Endpoint MDM Deployment Contractor will be responsible for but not limited to: • Configuring and setting up mobile devices in alignment with the County’s Evergreen Refresh program • Coordinating deployments of mobile devices to County end users including scheduling logistics and user handoff • Receiving processing and tracking old devices for secure e-cycling and disposal according to County policy • Providing first-level support for break/fix issues troubleshooting and inquiries related to County-issued mobile devices • Collaborating with the Unified Endpoint Management team to ensure successful device transitions with minimal disruption to County operations • Maintaining accurate deployment inventory and support documentation • Ensuring compliance with County IT security standards and best practices during all deployment and support activities
