You’ll deliver engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs that ensure employees are well-prepared, confident, and compliant from day one. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement across the organization.Responsibilities:• Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in classroom and hands-on environments. • Create new and update existing training material, manuals, and presentations to align with current safety standards and company policies. • Conduct evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with department leaders and onboarding and training coordinators to tailor onboarding experiences to specific roles and operational needs. • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.
