Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Proven expertise in project management and team leadership
  • Extensive experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project planning
  • In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent contract management and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or similar)
  • Experience with construction management software and tools
  • Track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices
