Duration: 4+ Months Description: Responsibilities will include: Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of contract types that require input from stakeholders (e.g., information security, privacy, compliance, business, regulatory counsel, vendor management, etc.), including professional services, software license, ASP/hosting, cloud, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, development and innovation, e-commerce, advertising, marketing agreements, market data licenses, and outsourcing agreements, among others.
