Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• 
  
• Active or pending Illinois OT license
• 
  
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
• 
  
• Open to new graduates
• 
  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
• 
  
• Deliver therapy services to students in small group or 1:1 sessions
• 
  
• Maintain documentation for services, progress, and compliance with IDEA
• 
  
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to support student success
• 
  
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
• 
  
• Promote student independence and participation in the educational setting
• 
  
• Follow all district, state, and federal guidelines for therapy services
