Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will act as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, communicative, and problem-solving oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
