Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in Django and Flask to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, performance, and building reliable APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python, Django, and Flask
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Develop scalable and secure server-side logic
• Integrate databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, or MongoDB)
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Write technical documentation and maintain code quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Django and Flask
• Experience with REST API development
• Solid understanding of ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Experience with unit testing and debugging
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Celery, Redis, or message queues
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
