We foster a workplace built on respect, integrity, and the freedom to innovate.**Why Join Us?**- Career Growth: Opportunities for professional and personal advancement in a rapidly evolving industry.- Cutting-Edge Technology: Be part of a team working on revolutionary AI solutions that redefine talent acquisition.- Collaborative Environment: A culture that values diversity, creativity, and high performance.- Employee Empowerment: Freedom to innovate and make a difference while being supported by a team that values respect and integrity.**Summary:** The Quality Engineer will assist with plant operations quality support, respond to assigned model(s)/line(s) quality issues and concerns reported internally or externally (supplier or customer), and be responsible for understanding the nature of the issue, investigating root causes, and developing temporary and permanent countermeasures using appropriate resources and tools.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide quality support for plant operations and address quality issues for assigned models/lines.- Investigate and analyze quality concerns reported internally or externally (supplier or customer).- Determine root causes and develop both temporary and permanent solutions.- Utilize quality core tools and methodologies to resolve issues.- Collaborate with plant management, operations teams, supporting functional teams, and customers to ensure prompt responsiveness.- Collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to support quality improvements.- Prepare and present reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.**Education, Experience, and Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of manufacturing quality engineering-related experience, OR associate degree with eight (8) years of manufacturing quality engineering-related experience.- Three (3) or more years of experience in the automotive environment is desired.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and medium to strong Excel skills.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.- Experience interacting with plant management, operations teams, supporting functional teams, and customers.**Preferred Skills:**- Knowledge of quality core tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC).- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.**Benefits:**- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Access to cutting-edge technology and tools.- Supportive team culture focused on respect and integrity.
