Job Title: Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for assigned roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job postings.
- Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 2–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience (corporate or agency setting).
- Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Workday, Taleo, or similar).
- Ability to handle multiple open roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
