Job Title: Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for assigned roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job postings.
  • Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have 2–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience (corporate or agency setting).
  • Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools (Workday, Taleo, or similar).
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
