**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys, ensuring efficient and effective legal operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal research abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.
- Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and records.
- Review and summarize case files, depositions, and discovery materials.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage deadlines and track case progress.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal department.
**Qualifications:**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
