The Inpatient Dialysis RN functions as part of the Inpatient Services health care team to ensure provision of quality patient care in accordance with OH policies, procedures, and training.
Supports commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and Quality Assurance Initiative (QAI) Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction, through the delivery of care in a specialized care environment.
Areas of practice are diverse, including, but not limited to, the fields of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapies, and apheresis.
