**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports our products, services, and internal processes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation for products, processes, and policies.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear, concise documentation.

- Edit, proofread, and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Organize and manage documentation libraries, ensuring easy access and version control.

- Create user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and training materials as needed.

- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and branding guidelines.

- Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Documentation Specialist, Technical Writer, or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe Acrobat).

- Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a plus.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or recruiting technology.

- Experience with content management systems and version control.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
