We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Union Hills, Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 8 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, high-quality patient care and clinical support
• Assess patient health conditions and accurately document medical histories
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management, wellness, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• 2 to 8 years of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
