Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Being prepared for and knowledgeable of the surgical procedure to be performed, setting up and maintaining a sterile field, assists surgeon as necessary, assists circulating nurse and other members of the surgical team, maintains familiarity, function and proper care of all OR equipment and instruments.
• 
  
• The Surgical Technician initiates responsibility for care of specimens and performs other related duties as assigned.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 1 year Operating Room experience.
