**Position Summary:**

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and supporting compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and Finance teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.

- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Prepare payroll reports and provide analysis to management as needed.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve concerns efficiently.

- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

- Assist with audits and implement process improvements as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or payroll analysis.

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with multi-state payroll processing.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems.

- Certification such as FPC or CPP is a plus.
