Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team in Keene, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials

- Construct, install, and repair building frameworks and structures

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications

- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Ensure work is completed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations

- Collaborate with other construction professionals as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role

- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus
