**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our hospital setting. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
