Senior Manager – Construction

Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role provides strategic direction, manages multiple teams, and coordinates with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and technical documentation
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms and resolve project issues or disputes
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8–15 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience in managing large or multiple construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project lifecycle
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract management
