The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician instructions.- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.**Qualifications:**- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred (new graduates may be considered).- Current BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus.- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**Benefits:** Spectraforce offers ACA-compliant health benefits, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, voluntary life, and hospital indemnity insurances to eligible employees.
