Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in logistics and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing logistics processes, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, finance) to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and vendor management.
  • Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and managing complex logistics operations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
