Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll administration, employee onboarding, and HR compliance. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation and documentation.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll, onboarding, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
