Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and organized Podcast Producer to plan, produce, and manage engaging podcast content from concept to publication. The ideal candidate will oversee recording, editing, and distribution while ensuring high-quality audio and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop podcast concepts, themes, and episode structures.
• Coordinate recording sessions with hosts and guests.
• Edit audio for clarity, quality, and consistency.
• Manage podcast publishing schedules and distribution across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote episodes.
• Write show notes, descriptions, and episode summaries.
• Ensure high production quality including sound design and mixing.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in audio editing tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.).
• Basic understanding of sound engineering and recording techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and distribution channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing or managing podcasts.
• Knowledge of SEO for podcasts and content marketing.
• Experience with video podcasting or social media clips.
• Background in media, journalism, or digital content creation.
