Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
