Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Milford, PA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support physicians and registered nurses, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
