Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Nurse to join our healthcare team in Delaware. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients, support treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy and other treatments.
• Monitor patient progress, manage symptoms, and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Delaware (or eligibility for licensure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in oncology nursing or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
