Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in La Porte, Indiana. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
